About Me

With over two decades of hands-on experience in clinical nutrition and lifestyle coaching, I have devoted my career to transforming lives through balanced, evidence-based dietary practices. My journey into nutrition was driven by a simple yet powerful belief: food has the ability to heal, prevent disease, and improve quality of life when used correctly.

I completed my Bachelor’s degree from Ranchi University, where I built a strong academic foundation. Later, I pursued my Master of Science in Dietetics & Food Service Management (DFSM) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) — one of India’s most respected institutions for higher education. This advanced education equipped me with in-depth knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, clinical dietetics, food science, and metabolic health management.

Over the years, I have grown into the role of a Clinical Nutritionist and Lifestyle Coach, specializing particularly in:

Professional Experience

My professional journey began with reputed organizations such as VLCC and Body Care Health Center, where I gained extensive practical exposure to therapeutic nutrition programs and structured body transformation plans. Working closely with diverse clients, I learned how to tailor diet strategies based on real-life challenges, medical conditions, and lifestyle limitations.

Later, I also served as a Health Management Faculty at Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training, Ranchi. In this role, I mentored and educated aspiring professionals in health and wellness, sharing both theoretical knowledge and practical insights from my years of clinical experience. Teaching further strengthened my understanding of nutrition science and reinforced my passion for empowering others.
