Once a client enrolls, professional time and internal resources are allocated immediately. For this reason, we maintain a strict non-refund and structured cancellation policy.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after enrollment
  • Change in personal circumstances
  • Relocation
  • Lack of time or availability

  • Medical issues arising after enrollment
  • Failure to attend sessions
  • Partial usage of services
  • Technical issues not caused by EasyNutriplan

Once payment is successfully processed, it is considered final.

2.2 No Refund After Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment:

  • Your enrollment is confirmed.

Therefore, no refund will be provided after payment confirmation, regardless of whether:

  • You start the program
  • You partially complete the program
  • You do not actively participate
  • You discontinue midway

2.3 Partial Participation Clause

Even if you:

  • Attend only one session

  • Do not respond to follow-ups
  • Do not follow the diet plan

The fee remains non-refundable.

If a client voluntarily stops participating:

  • No refund or partial credit will be issued.

3.3 Non-Participation

Failure to:

  • Respond to communication
  • Attend sessions
  • Submit reports
  • Follow instructions

Does not constitute cancellation and does not entitle the client to a refund.

  1. Program Upgrade Policy

4.1 Upgrade Eligibility

Clients are allowed to upgrade their enrolled program within 10 days of the program start date.

Upgrades may include:

  • Extending duration
  • Moving to a higher-tier program
  • Adding additional support features

4.2 Upgrade Process

To upgrade:

  1. Submit request within 10 calendar days.
  2. Pay the price difference between current and upgraded program.
  3. Receive written confirmation from EasyNutriplan.

4.3 After 10 Days

Upgrade requests made after 10 days from enrollment will not be accepted.

  1. Downgrade Policy

Downgrades are strictly not permitted under any circumstances.

This means:

  • You cannot switch to a lower-duration program.
  • You cannot switch to a lower-priced package.
  • You cannot convert your enrollment to a shorter plan.

The reason for this restriction is that:

  • Professional allocation and planning are done based on the selected program.
  • Administrative and consultation resources are structured accordingly.
  1. Break / Hold Policy

EasyNutriplan understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, a structured Hold Policy is available under limited conditions.

6.1 Approval Requirement

All hold requests:

  • Must be submitted in writing.
  • Are subject to approval.
  • Are not automatically granted.

Approval is at the sole discretion of EasyNutriplan.

6.2 Hold Limits Based on Program Duration

If approved:

For 6-Month Programs:

  • Maximum hold allowed: 3 weeks (21 days)

For 12-Month Programs:

  • Maximum hold allowed: 6 weeks (42 days)

For 1-Month or 3-Month Programs:

  • No hold is allowed under any circumstances.

6.3 Conditions for Hold

A hold may be considered in situations such as:

  • Temporary medical emergency
  • Travel commitments
  • Personal unavoidable circumstances

Supporting documentation may be required.

6.4 Hold Rules

  • Hold cannot exceed maximum allowed duration.
  • Unused hold time cannot be carried forward.
  • Hold does not convert into refund.
  • Multiple small holds may not exceed total allowed duration.
  • Program timeline will extend only for approved hold duration.

6.5 No Retroactive Hold

Hold requests must be submitted before absence.

Retroactive hold requests will not be entertained.
